" I have had the good fortune to meet several high quality martial arts masters and practioners over the years of my training. The day I met Umar Sharif I knew I had found my master." All martial art styles represent an opportunity for an individual to grow and elevate to a higher level of being, finding the right teacher is the key element for this process.

The practice of martial arts and meditation infuses into every aspect of my life, the benefits are obvious and subtle. The ability to call upon the skills of relaxation, focus, balance, and concentration are fundamental to staying well in my busy life. It reminds me to slow down and to be in the moment, really enjoy the process of life."
