The 7 Circles System Lesson Plan & Test Outline

Seifu Sharif encourages students to test as a way of measuring their progress and keeping a goal out in front of them. The 7 Circles Lesson Plan is articulated in 36 Chambers so that the student may focus on specific areas of development at each stage of training. The stages of training are progressive so that the new lessons build upon the foundation of the early ones. There are 3 Ranks and 10 Degrees in the system.
